My PS3 boots fine, video and audio are excellent but for some reason everytime I want to run a demo or even PS3 Home the screen goes black and that's it, is like it freezes up and dont run anything unless I hard reset it. Any ideas on fixing this? Even delete the whole HD and the problem still.

The PS3 is the 60gb one and was running great.
