Awesome game, doesn't feel like a clone like WaW did. But perhaps thats just my opinion. I got mine at midnight too, whilst i was waiting i was playing my PSP, a dude infront said i was hardcore, i showed him i was playing Super Mario and he said i was hardcore and retro. That was my lol for the day.

BTW is a clan getting set up for this?

I got it also of course & i got to say im dissapointed Single player was so much shorter than COD4 & W@W - The online seems to not look as good as COD4 - COD4 seemed to have better looking graphics online but not 100% sure bout that. I do like the perks & little avatar things you can earn as you rank up plus the death perks are kool to. So far online dosn't feel good nor fun with laggy rooms & invites dont work.

As long as they dont have a bunch of glitches in there levels & get it up & running better i might like it more but i think Uncharted 2 was so much better online & offline - UC2 online is damn near flawless & havn't seen any glitching yet - I really do hope MW2 online gets fixed & runs better so i dont feel like i wasted my $$$ on it like i feel with W@W - i feel like when GoW collecion & Assassins creed 2 comes out next week i might not play MW2 that much

I wasnt going to buy it for the PS3 but my 360 got banned and I wanted to play this real bad. Kinda sucks because I have more rl friends on the 360.

I got both 360 and PS3 copies. Also, for me, the graphics are better on MW2 but COD4 seemed to have a cleaner look...it wasn't as blurry when you are sniping.
Also, there is a lot less grenade spammers, but the lack of recoil kinda holds this game down as not being as hardcore as the rest of the franchise.

How sure are you that BFBC2 will be better? BFBC1 kinda lagged, mic was plagued with problems and it had one of the worst party systems to date.

BFBC looked good, but i heard there were bulletproof bushes so i decided to miss it. Maybe the second will be better.

They are both in the FPS genre so you really could compare them. Personally, I have more FUN playing BFBC, even though I find COD a better game. Something about me and my friends in a golf cart driving around dodging tanks really does make it fun
