After Reflow
Hello all,
First time posting, be gentle! lol Ive jus done a reflow on a PS3 with great sucess apart from one thing, when the ps3 yellow lighted the guy was listenin to a music cd, now when i switch it on the drive wont eject the disc. Ive tried dismantling the blu ray drive and takin the cd out but now it wont feed in, it seems like the drive has locked itself in the closed position.
Does anyone know of anyway to reset the drive to resolve the issue?
Any help appreciated

I am very new to PS3's so I hope this is right!
Try pressing the eject button and switching the PS3 on using the rocker switch at the back. Hold for 10 seconds then release. That should re-set your Blu-Ray. If that fails you may need to realign the disc intake mechanism. Have a look on YouTube there are some great (if not long winded) tutorials from a guy named Junker15. Good luck.
