i have a ps3 that i got from a guy when u power it on , it goes straight to sysyem update , it shuts down at 43 percent everytime , i have tried the beeps on the power button, didnt work , also have tried the ps3  update on memory stick ,the ps3  sees the update , tries to take the update and stops again at 43 percent , there is no warrenty on it , anyone know what the problem is and can i fix it myself , i looked online and i see alot of people have same problem and the only 2 fixes i seen where the holding the power button for beeps or to put update on a memory stick , which i have tried both things nothing worked , any info would be great , tks
