Pros :

1.) Realistic graphics have been bread and butter for Fight Night franchise and this one doesn't stray away from it.
2.)In-game commentary is very accurate and appropriate and quoting from old interviews was a nice touch.
3.)This game is far different from it's predecessor and I could describe it in two words. Iron Mike, I don't agree with the rating of 89 but I think it will bring good old memories from his crazy knockouts to his Knockout video game.
4.)Legacy mode is well made and it will suck you in.

Cons:
Many would disagree but I could really careless. I didn't like the new punch system and lack of it's configuration. I liked the original punch system where I can use buttons to wreck people's days and now I'm forced to swirl for a punch. I think they should have left that option in-tact for old school people like me. Graphics look somewhat less realistic compared to Fight Night Round 3. I didn't like the revival technique... I liked the older system but it may be because I'm not used to it.

Overall, very solid playing game with HIGH replay values. It's legacy mode will drain many hours from me and it's good to see Tyson in action against Ali and rest of boxing's greats. I haven't had the time to check the on-line play but will update later on.
