Ok guys early this morning im sleeping my girl friend goes to play some ps3 and no power. I check the outlet, cord, even take it apart to get to the power supply its self to see if i can find remnants of something burned or loose and nothing. It was working fine yesterday so any ideas as to the problem ?

- The Wall Outlet itself is not working.
- A fuse within that outlet is off/not working.
Try your ps3 on another wall-outlet and see what happens.

tried multiple outlets, letting it sit not plugged in and diff cords and still nothing.

Could be that your powerbrick went bad. or wait... was that 360?
lemme double check on that.

I found mine on ebay for 42 bucks shipped. Its possible that it could be a number of things. First your electrical outlet(dose it work),your power cord. It could be internal on the board, there's no fuses on the board that Ive seen(altho I could be wrong). The only way I was able to find out was by using a friends ps3,taking it apart, and swapping the psu.If the psu is your only problem then even a newbie can replace it (no offense).I forget were but I have a post on one of the threads with a video on how to take the ps3 apart also.
