is the console banned

first no the console isnt banned i was on live just fine after the dash update then after the flash it gave me the message, second and maybe its just me ps but in the last few post ive put up you've been all over my ass with your own comments.Im no noob(not that you were saying i was)but if there was more to the message that  was important (code,error ect..) i would have posted it. the rest of the message is just about the fact that i cant log in or save any games.thats it, i thought it may have been a bad flash and had my friend reload the original fw and same problem, im back to a flashed drive again with xtreme 5.3. the only thing that i can even think of that i may have left out is that when i have a cat5 cable plugged in, when i try to log in when it gives me that message ill hit ok to stay off live but log into my profile it wont log me in but if i pull the cable and leave it disconnected it will log me into my profile.

How unfortunate.. Anyways try creating a new account and do a trial of gold membership or use the silver and see if you can log in. If you can then something must be messed up with your account either on your xbox or on the server it's stored on over on microsofts end.
