My PS3 is acting up! WTF?!?! NEED HELP! ASAP!
So I was playing Call of Duty 4 right... Then I decided to quit the game.. Cause I wanted to play Battlefield.
It took a little long to reach the XMB.. So after a minute, I was like WTF?!, then I held the PS button and pressed "Turn off System"
Now I turn the PS3 on and it says this "The hard disk's database will be rebuilt"
Im like WTF?!?! Im about to be a gold cross!!! I hope it doesn't mean Format.
Any help?

Yea I had a lot.. Me and my bro who both play the PS3 had alot.. I forgot to delete them.

Sorry for the double post.
But I tried to rebuild it and it says an error occured and asked me to format. I said no. Then I turned it off and now everything is normal? lol WTF?
Also my friends don't show up? WTF! I just came back from vacation and all this $hit is happenin!
What can I do to get the friends to show up again?

try restarting ur system. and i think that happens when u have alot of messages so u should delete them from time it time.

Ok it seemed to work..
Now when I put on battlefield... Theres an update. I pressed yes and the screen stays there.. With the little icon on the top right saying its loading or something.. I've been waiting 3 mns already?
WTF? This PS3 is acting really gay. I deleted all the messages by the way.. and the friends came back, but now its just staying on that one screen!

I know.. I've done that.. Now the update doesn't want to download.. Its pretty gay.
I could play fine on the internet, but when the update comes.. It stops at 4% now.. then it disconnects.. Damn wireless. Acting mad gay right now.. Im gettin mad.

Your PSN account details are not stored on your PS3 harddrive.
Formating your harddrive will not bring back your PSN friends.
just re-add them.

But what's confusing is that, they come out sometimes and then they don't.
I went to add someone else and its the same. Its weird.

Never mind.. I did a system restore and everythings back to normal.
