No one develops because no one is making money off the console that you can just DOWNLOAD GAMES. Even DS has a higher amount of sold games and you don't even need to hack the console to play the games. Its most likely because the average DS player is like, what, 5? For PSP the average player is in their teen - 20's meaning people are smarter when it comes to money wise.
If PSP games weren't so expensive to begin with (59.99 games at launch? thats a console game) then maybe wouldn't care less to download games.
Same thing as DVD Pirating. The cost for each movie is 24.99 or higher first day. IF the movie business were to drop the prices to say 10 - 15 dollars, no one would pirate because the price is cheap enough for everyone to buy but because everyone overprices everything - no one will buy anything in the end.

I'm still holding out hope for San Andreas Stories.
Of course, as long as I'm dreaming, I'll also hold out hope that after they release it to PSP, they'll also do a PS2 port. ![]()

Sorry I misread your post lol. It would be good but the big problem is getting it onto UMD. I'd actually consider buying the new PSP-3000 if there were new decent games like GTA to play.

If a psp2 comes out I may get it, but I be damned if I'm going to go out and buy an over hyped revamp of a system I already own.

first details of gta chinatown wars have come in from nintendo power mag
- Uses Isometric Top-Down perspective sort of like old school GTAs, but with 3D cel-shaded graphics.
- Story centers around Huang Lee, a Triad whose father (the boss) is killed and his heirloom, a sword called the Yu Jian, is stolen. Huang must fight back with the help of Wade Heston, a cop.
- Wanted Levels are no longer lost by losing the cops, but by destroying their cars
- Uses the buttons for controls, but the touch screen is used for Huang's PDA (where he can check e-mail, send and receive calls, and listen to music) and several minigames.
- Break the windshield to escape a sinking car, hotwire a car to steal it, dig through trash to find weapons, make bombs, and draw tattoos.
- A "good portion" of Liberty City is in the game, including all five boroughs. The game also features real-time weather, pedestrians, and all the GTA amenities.
some good features in there but by the sound of it i dont think it will match up to gta's on psp.
