This is only a simple guide (with a few images).

1 - Get a duster (i used a new one just in case anything would not allow the adhesive to stick)

2 - Wipe down you PS3 (i took to polishing it )



3 - Now take your decal and remove part of it from the stuff it's stuck to, a couple of inches will do (to prevent you having to remove the whole decal if you "install" it incorrectly).

REMEMBER - Smooth down with a cloth in the direction of "installation"...this prevents air bubbles



4 - Do the same with the memory card reader flap, and the bit with the eject and Reset/on/off

5 - If your decal doesn't have holes in to allow access to the sensor strips, you can either cut a hole in the decal or press a little harder next time.



6 - Wipe your DS3/Sixaxis down



7 - "Install" the decal for the DS3/Sixaxis


REMEMBER - Smooth down with a cloth in the direction of "installation"...this prevents air bubbles
                   Also - I fitted it around the analogue first, the buttons line themselves up
