I am going to be looking for a replacement moderator for the Graphics & Media Forum, and that also means the PS3 Customization Shop.

TunerT has not been able to keep to policy I laid down, and I won't have it.  If no one will do it correctly, then no one will do it at all.  Clan forum moderator "JoN-" has followed my directions implicitly, so there is no reason why others cannot, or could not; so, good Job JoN-.

As a Single Forum Moderator you will:
1. Not ban anyone, for any reason in the general forum public EVER, inform staff. 

2. Not ban anyone in your forum(s) without consulting the overall forum MODs or ADMINSm, unless it is a racial slur.  That is ground for immediate dismissal.

I will add: Pertaining to your realm; You can use the "On Probation" user group first, and tell the user he's pending a ban.   If you have a problem with a user, copy and paste the offending post and PM it to the Administration or place it in the MOD forum (as it has to do with your realm), then delete or LOCK the post, and put the user on probation.  While the user is probated, they cannot post, or reply, just read and send PM. 

3. Not post in the Moderator Forum unless it pertains to a problem YOU have in your forum(s) (as explained above).  Anything else, you don't need to be posting there, and especially not just GENERAL posts.

Those were the only stipulations I have, and one person just could not adhere to some of them.

I have posted warnings about policy, it kept up, so I have to find someone who will do what they are told.
