Essentially, it does what a personal computer can do.
Web browsing, et cetera.
You have very limited graphics support, because of the Hypervisor. (Meaning that you won't be able to play say... PS2/1 games, et cetera.)
If you have a personal computer, don't bother too much with it, unless you just want to learn how to use Linux, for experience. (For example, many work-places use Linux operating systems.)
