(no pictures cuase i couldnt be bothered.)

1.) go to http://www.deviantart.com and download some custom brushes for photoshop.
2.) put these in the photoshop brushes folder so you can use them (duh)
3.)go into photoshop and open a relativly big clean canva. reccommend atleast 1024x800 i'd go for double that
4.)create 3 new layers
5.)use the gradient tool to create gradients 2 layers (leave the top one blank) the gradients should contrast and go in different directions
6.) using the custom brushes (you can get some really cool ones) make a design on the top layer with black as your colour
7.)play around with the option in the layers like luminosity or linear burn and all that (you find them in the wee drop down boxes in the layers tool box thing)

and just muck about with this until you get the right composition

Seems easy. But photoshop doesn't work on my crap computer. 256Ram, 600MHz!

well at night the norm ps3 back ground is black and you can still see everything fine so i dont see a problem
