I connect my psp to my ps3 to register it but it say that i dont have any psp connect (yes i did enable usb connection)

Im at 3.52m33
I tried to repair my IDstorage keys but it says that my keys are yo messt up and it wont repare.
And the second program tels me that it repaird them but psp stil wont connect...
