Allright - i think a lot about 'how to get PS Store games with less price, and this is what i got:
You make account - and buy a game from PS Store
Send you're details to someone who had PS3 (i mean - send all things to make Same account as You're on his or her PS3 system)
When both of You got account on PS3 - and one of You both try to log in - you see "login failed" - but one of You got login
now You need to open Wirecard account and buy some games in PS Store on this accoun.
And now most funny thing;
You agree who login first, and start download. When finish, you change account on other and You're friend can login, and in account options, there where You can see what You alredy download, You can start download game wich You Buy!
We test it, and it work - so right now our little community need to make
'social profile' - a profile where ewery single usser can buy something, and shere profile with others.
Please commenst
Edit (I double posted how silly of me):
oh- almost forgot - sorry for my bad in english - but I'm native Polish speaker ![]()
and also another question;
is this legal or not? Did user can 'let' other player use his account? And download games wich he buy?
just curious - and right now i'm back to sleep :]

yes its legal!
sonys statement is:
you can download (what you bought) to 5 other consoles. legally.
but i dont think its work a 6. or 7. time
i dind´t tested it yet.
i´ve done this method a month ago with the resistance mappack 1.
i come from germany and there is the pack not available.
i bought the us mappack ![]()
and my clanmate dosnt have a visacard to buy something from the store.
so i made him "my account" on his ps3 and downloaded the mp again (without the need to pay again).
like the tutorial in the first post of this thread ![]()
anybody should test it if it works unlimited or only 5 times.
but what would you do with this "social profile" ?!
ok bad question ...
the question is, who pays for the games on store?
somebody must set up an account and post it right here, but who pay for it?

Your best bet would be to open a personal PAYPAL account, and have you and four other users PAY for the items to download. Then, only when you five have paid (funds are there), give out the login account information to each person. They all log-in, and get the item(s). That way a 4.99 game costs you all a dollar, once the money is in a PayPal account, the user can deposit it...
Do this in ONE DAY, then you change your Login Password, so no one can steal from you. Each time you all want to pay for an item, give out the password to the other four people, then change it. Each person has to LOGIN one at a time, so allot 5 hours, and one person each hour to download, get OFF, let the other person, you get off, and so on. YOU give the time to each person when to begin their login and download. Someone screws with your stuff, you change the password, kick them out, and get another person.
DO not make the stuff public, you are asking for trouble.

I was thinking about something like this: we make website - where we can open forum - complete list of people who interresed to send money for this - for example - on paypal account - where we 'close' list of ppl who pay - we send email with all details - and open vote about wich games we will buy. - and open account, buy games -
About more than 5 downloads - some guys from my forum will check it right now - so as soon as posible i post You how many times You can download game

hmm ... idea is not bad, but ... i´m not truely trust in this case ![]()
little sceptical!
what about banning the ip adress from Sony?!
when this goes puplic, then many ps3-mac-adresses get banned from the ps-service!
and then you cant login to the network with your ps3.
never mind if your add another user-account on your ps3!
because the mac-adress get´s banned! not the logindata!
the idea is really great ... save money for all, but in this case ... i´m not sure!
sorry
600euro for no network and/or internet access, no onlineplay ... thats to much risk i think

good point of view - I didn't think about something like this before.
Well - i think the best way to do it like 'it's look like nothing happen' is to make small comunity 'on You're own risk' - and.... if You want to risk and save money You do this if not....
And also there another options: mayby sony don't ban MAC adress, but do something about this in new soft.
And also another question is : if someone buy for example 10 PS3 machine... (who is that rich and mad?).... and want to install game on this 10 consoles as well? Do he can be baned?
INFO:
I found this on PSX Extreme (one of the biggest polish magazine about consoles)
Someone on it forum test how many times we can download: and its ONLY 5 times

So how does this "sharing" thing work anyways.
After the primary "seed" user purchases and downloads the game, how do others get it. Is there like a "send" option to your friends or something?

Offline
it's work like this:
1.You need to find a group of friend with PS3 - but You need to trust all of them [but no more than 5 ppl]
2. Oppen Wirecard account - and deposit some money there (all of You're give for example 1/4 of game price)
3. When You all had money on wirecard account - you need to open Ps3 account - that one - where You add wirecard as a payment methond - and the one that all of You can use)
4. And now one of You log in to account, buy game wich You want - start download it - and relog on other account on his Ps3 - then another one login on that account (yes - all of You need to create that profil on his ps3 - so all of You have same rights)
5. when One is re-loged -other can loigin and start download.
I and few my friends from ps3info.pl alredy use this method and - we're happy - we had group of 4 people - we chose game by vote, and we download it with small cost.

I purchased some downloadable game content on the PLAYSTATION®Network. Part of the product description says the content can be used or downloaded on up to five (5) activated PLAYSTATION®3 system units. What does that mean?
Answer
This means that the content that you purchased may be used by other users on an activated PLAYSTATION®3 system unit after you downloaded the content onto your PLAYSTATION®3 system unit. Some content may require the user to have a PLAYSTATION®Network account, and other content may require you to have additional game content that may be sold separately. For example, you may need to purchase a full game in order to use the character that you purchased on the PLAYSTATION®Network for the game. Please review the use restrictions associated with the content you purchased. The content may be played up on to 5 activated PLAYSTATION®3 system units at any one time. PLAYSTATION®3 system units may be deactivated so that you can change which PLAYSTATION®3 system units are activated at any time.

That is one cool thing sony have done

there's a problem with this. The moment you delete yr "friend's" profile from your PS3, the games wont launch, giving you some copyright error.

Interesting Observation.
I'm on 1.51, and I downloaded Castlevania: SotN, and it won't let me install it. I'm using the sharing trick, and my friend bought the game. Mortal Kombat 2 and Gauntlet work fine, but Castlevania fails to install. I download it 100%, then it just fails the installation portion.
The game was just added to the store this week, so could they have denied installation access to users with lower firmware?
It's odd because, I thought it would atleast install and show up under the games but fail to launch, but it doesn't even install!

Mishkin on wich PS Store You bouy Castlevania? Japan /US /UK? I love this game - and i don't check PS Store since last 2 week
Offline
My friend bought it on the US store. It seems to me that you need the latest update, 1.81 to even install it.
.

ok - i try to check it on my PS3 - and also ask rest of my mates - i try to post You software version and information about did it work ASAP

There is a way to remedy this:
Under the account with the purchased game, go to 'account management' and use 'activate system'.
This gives your PS3 the authorization to use the shared content, without the parent profile, and you can then remove the parent profile (the one with the initial purchase).
