Please NOTE that at this time it is still being examined by resident PS3 Dev'ers, and end-users should NOT (under any circumstances) attempt to install it in a retail PS3 console or you will likely end up with a $600 paperweight!

how do u no if ur ps3 is a retail one? i bought mine out of the shops in the UK which makes me think its a retail one but how can i no 4 sure and whats the diff between them? also if this stories does develop into a possible iso loader does that mean retail ps3's wont work?

If it was out the store then yes its retail, and just cause your ps3 is retail dont give up hope cause people will be working on this to make it work on all machines

I am guessing you mean PS3, anyway it is made for test machines i believe, like the ones the stores have out for you to try

na on ps3 news it says it wont install it wil get so far then give an error (cant remember the code) if your using a retail ps3
