well you need a custom firmware, 3.03 OE-c is probaly your best bet, since it can do teh most customization. just head over to psp-hacks and they have a sticky over there for custom firmware ui stuff everywhere. i would link you but im at school, and psp-hacks is blocked

There is devhook that emulates 3.11 & thats what i am using with my 3.03-C OE custom FW to use remote play on PS3 but no custom 3.11. 3.03-C OE is the most customizable, 3.10 you cant change the Icons as of yet.

yes it does I only need to use Devhook to emulate 3.11 so i can use remote play and works great.

heres the link. The easy installer in in german but just like most install programs you just hit the next so you dont need to understand german to use it. All you do is connect your PSP with your USB & go to USB mode then run installer and hit next then choose your PSP drive (ex. F) it will install everything needed on your PSP. It stops at around 40 some % but just wait its normall. when its done go into your PSP and move the Devhook & Devhook installer folders from your GAME folder to GAME150 folder then from XMB under game & memory card run the Devhook installer & after its done you can delete the installer of memory stick & you can now use devhook. You might get a blue screen of death after you use Devhook but its normal just hit "O"

ok cool,  its better than nothing! will all my settings keep gettin wiped aswel when i go back to 3.03? Am i going back the right way just by rebooting psp? 

Also im still a little about remote play, can i use it when i, away from home thu the internet?

I dont reboot PSP i just press home button then exit Devhook but i wish i could change that cause the Home button on the PSP is supposed to be the PS button while in Remote play.

You can use it while away from the home as long as your PS3 is on and in remote play and you find a wireless hotspot or leech of someone like i do
