This tutorial will show you how to add game saves to your PS3.

You can get game saves from http://www.ps3-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=849

----------------------------------------------TUTORIAL------------------------------------------------

First off, download the gamesave onto your desktop, and transfer the "PS3"
folder from your computer to your memory device.

Then plug the USB Key into your PS3 USB Port

Then go under the "Game" section on the PS3
Dashboard and go down until you see "saved Data
Utility"

SOZ BOUT THE CHRIS I FOUND IT ON GOOGLE

Click "X" and you should see "USB Device" or
"Memory Card" or something to that effect. Click on
that.

You should then see the gamesave! Like Resistance
was on here! Press "Triangle" on your PS3
Controller and click Copy! Then you have the save
on your Playstation 3 Hard drive !

if im not mistaken, wasnt there a tutorial already posted somewhere? still doesnt solve those stupid saves like nfs carbon

i don't know why but this does not work for me
i am trying to download cod 4 game save and every time i access my flash drive via usb i am able to see all folders and sub folders but when i try to copy it says no valid file to copy or some crap like that

?!?

did you download an savegame for your region?
for example the folder structure should look liike this : PS3/SAVEDATA//BLES00148-AUTO-/ files here(my cod4 pal savegame)

i do think the savegame should match the region, just compare the folder names (copy your savegame to an stick and compare with the one you downloaded.

Odd, this won't work for me. I download the save game for my region, put it in USB device, I useUSB Device (MSAC-UAM1), would that be why maybe?

Edit: Lawl at my stupidity if you like, something's going wrong I keep getting corrupted data, I fixed the other prob. xD

i dont get it ive followed this to a T and yet when i hook the usb flash to my ps3 and go to the saved file it says theres nothing on my usb flash drive. also how would you go about opening a file such as the ice package or one of those. do you have to have linux for all of those?
