Hey guys,

So my old ps3 ylod and it was not fixable, so i bougt a used system that had a bad lens, and transfered the working lens from my old ps3 to the new one but now my new ps3 will play blu-ray and dvd movies fine, and it reads the ps3 games but when I start them they either freeze or I get an error message (8001002b) , any ideas on what might be wrong? i have done a full format and restore hoping it would help but it didnt. I dont understand why the blu-ray movies play without a problem but the games wont...

any help is greatly appreciated!
