i bought a a4tech surround usb headset(with mic) is there any way i can get all sound from it any converter or option i searched a lot but didnt find a satisfying answer

THere is no support for game/MP3/Video audio through the BT headset. All you get is Chat.

can i write a official letter of recommendation to Sony or a petition for this issue this is really important besides can they add it in a FW UPDATE or hardware changes have to be made

its a usb headset not bt they should give this option for usb only that would be very beneficial
