Downloading from PS Store
Just to be clear, I'm in the Philippines using a US PSN acct.
I want to download some PS1 classics on the store, but there aren't really any PSN cards sold here. I was wondering if my credit card here on the Philippines can be used on my PSN acct to download a game? And are the games from PSN region locked? because my ps3 is asian.
If there are any alternatives like where to buy a digital code online, please do tell me!

is that safe? I haven't really tried ebay at all except for the philippine region and I just got ripped off some time ago. will they actually give me the code?

sry i dont know why i said ebay cause i was thinking amazon. amazon will be safe to buy from and the best part is they email u the psn card code almost right away so u dont have to wait for shipping
