Hi all,
got ps3 with blown composite video out ... Anyone know whitch chip in ps3 is responsible for composite video out ?

There is ONE chip, that controls the video output. They are NOT replaceable. If HDMI works, then looks like you need a new TV. If composite works, looks like you're downgrading... It is rare that just ONE portion of video goes out, usually, of the chip fails, you get NO output on any cable.

we are talking about silicon image HDMI transmiter ? this chip controls HDMI and AV ? ar i'm wrong ?
BGA not a problem for me

ok , problem solved (burned 6 pin smd "thing" at video out pin )
