It's a VB6 PE/EXE and libUSB. Interesting thing is all heuristics detected it as a generic dropper. No compression or PE protector was used that I seen. An entropy check would of detected even TheMida and EXECryptor.

Even if the detection is a false positive it makes no sense, the program only modifies data on a USB device, and certain native functions are what throw false positives in an AV. This means this most likely has a malicious payload, but I didn't look at all the code in ollydbg.
