This is on my friends account. He prestiged the other day got to level 12 or something around that then this happened. He was reset to level 1 no prestige and all his classes and perks are gone. Its just all messed up watch the video! He even has the class named for his extra class he got from prestiging but it is locked. Also everytime he plays a public match people think he is hacking because all these codes pop up because of all this.
