Mad Catz (I know, but it looks like they should do well this time) is making the official SFIV arcade sticks for PS3 and XBox 360.  There will be 2 versions.  The cheap one that casual guys will buy and hardcore guys will mod, and the Tournament Edition which will be about $150 from what I understand.  The TE will have genuine Sanwa buttons and stick and is rumored to have interchangable art panels.  One of the designers of the project says in order to get the TE, it will have to be pre-ordered at Game Stop or through the Mad Catz website.
