Okay, so i installed my 320GB HDD. The 1st and 3rd time i turned it on it comes up saying it can't start because yhe drive can't be read. Help please.

Make sure you have the jumper settings correct. Sometimes, right out of the box they are set at Single Master, or Cable Select. You need to set it in plain old Master, or master with slave present.

the 6 extra pins beside the sata connection. should be something on the label telling what ones do what
