Γuck the PSN Achievements, Let's Make Our Own!!
You'd say, what the hell? How are we gonna make our own achievements? Easy, we just come up with the ideas, post them in a special Topic, then add them to the achievements section in another topic. To prove that we did this, we have to record the gameplay and upload it on youtube, gvideo or someplace else.
I was just riding around GTAIV, when I said to myself, hell I'm gonna kill myself from 100% health by diving out of my car only once. It took me some tries but I did it. Then I said 'If only there was a similar achievement', and I came up with this idea.
It could be really fun, we'd think up some crazy acts, make a few videos, then, hell, we'd make a compilation of hilarious actions 
So what do you say? Are you in?

Id do it... But wouldn't catch on. Because one people will always prefer trophies over user made achievements sense trophies are official and the achievements could have been faked some how. And it would be more trouble than its worth

it´s not the work, like turnsignal said, people prefers the official trophies, they are like part of the game and not own invention of course,.....lol i´m posting this and i cannot watch youtube videos, LOL

Well aside from the work im sure sony is eventually gonna come out with leaderboards for the trophies and thats what would kill our invention. Theres no way in hell you'd be able to keep track of everyones acheivments. Also like i said before why waste time on user created acheivements when you can waste time earning the real ones.

Real ones are not that fun anyways. 500feet wheelie and that $hit on GTA. Ah well, it's not too much work anyways lol. Just place the cam somewhere and record, then just upload.

It's too much effort for effectively something that is pointless anyway....plus people would argue over which things should be achievements. If you want achievements/trophies get a 360 because Sony fracked up on the idea.

They didnt frack up. They came out with this $hit too late. So now we have to suffer because sony gave us a psp combined with a ps2 when the ps3 first came out. Except ten times bigger and ten times suckier. But they are coming along. Slowly but surely. Remember sony said 2008 would be the year for the ps3
