PS3-Hacks.com / probalem with remote conecting

ok i have an unhacked PSP on the latest FW that i bought used so i could watch movies during downtime at work. i want to set it up to remote conect to my PS3 but when ever i plug in the USB cable to the PS3 all i get on the PSP is a message that says please wait and my PS3 tells me there is no PSP connected. now would anyone know why this is happening? if they cant help me does anyone know if would i be able to use the remote connection on a hacked PSP becuase if i cant get it to work that way i might aswell hack the thing.

so you have it hooked up USB & selected USB so its in USB mode but it dosn't show up on PS3 to register it? Have you hooked PS3 up to PC & put into USB to check to make sure the USB on PSP works?

yea i could hook it up to my computer before i updated the FW to 4.1 because i moved some music from my PC to my psp. but after the FW update now it wont allow me to hook up to my PS3 or PC just the same please wait message.

so the USB just dont work now then after you updated...damn soundz like sumthing went wrong with update- call Sony & let them know..is it a phat or slim?

its a phat that i bought off a friend who never used it. oh well ill probably just downgrade the FW then and put a custom FW on so i can do more with it.

yeah hopefully the USB will work again with CFW & not a hardware problem... maybee the USB inside has loose wire or sumthing?
