This was previously post by dk-junior and no answers was found..now it's happening to me...my yum wont wotk at all...either update /install /search...i just recently format my ydl and try to install again and stuff...al is fine untill the moment i need to modify the .repo file in etc/yum.repo.d.

i follow the instruction like i did previously and nothing happens..i even follow the tut in yellowdog forum & tichtech but to no success...if any of you have a working YUM in YDL5.0 pls do post your .repos here so that i can try to follow it...and i mean any .repos that u have created.., as long you have yum working on your ps3 linux...man i need my Ktorrent back....
any help is much appreciated, and yes my internet connection is excellent.browsing/direct download is a breeze with my ydl5.0.only yum wont work.what i need.:

1. YDL5.0 / YDL5.0.1 installed in PS3 which got YUM running and working
2. yum.conf  file detail = can be found in Computer=> File system=> etc
3. all of the .Repo can be found in= Computer => File System=>etc=>yum.repos.d

dont worry of changing / mistakenly modifying the file....JUST DONT SAVE IT WHEN YOU'RE IN TEXT EDITOR.OPEN AND CLOSED.
