There probably ton of you guy who want find if you can play other games on the PS3

Well lets find out. Soon SUSE will be load and i have found emulators that i will test out and see how it runs.

CHK out http://www.zsnes.com/ and dl the the linux one.

They can run, but with no sound, and other glitches... The code needs optimized for linux on PS3 to run, it's just a matter of time. Also, it has to rely on pure code crunching, because there is no access to the hardware acceleration features of the GPU...

Too bad i hate program but i can only test it lol

but i'm glad there are others who will do the crunching. ty Crackers out there.

Also, ZSNES(Ultimate SNES Emulator) isn't supported by PPC format Linux. And, neither is Mupen64(Crude N64 Emulator).

Can't guarantee it works on PPC linux but it should if they make a mac ver.

Well here are the ones I know of that work-

~Snes9x- SNES Emulator

~Fceu(FCE Ultra)- NES emulator

~XMAME-Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator

There are many more, but I forgot htem, will add to the list if I remember.

i dont know any command line or even where to start... i think theres something in one of powerslave thread on it. just don't know where to find it.
