On the main page Greg stated that he doubts there will be an "on-the-fly" transcoding the PSP's memory stick. I would just like to toss in an idea regarding this. I don't think that they will be transcoded "on-the-fly" to the PSP. It will most likely be transcoded on the HDD first, then it will be transferred to PSP's MS.

I Totally agree with you. Also i read an article about this and the Blu-Ray disks might be coming with a PSP copy of the film built in then just copy to MS.

thats what i think they will do to since blurays hold so much infor & they said tha PSP versions will be around 1gb then makes since because transcoding it to PSP will take longer
