If you googled you would've found tons of hits on it. first hit brought me this
(NOTE: DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!)
1. Download official FW 3.72
2. Download M33_NEWPSARDUMPER
3. Open USB Connection and put 3.72 eboot (rename it to UPDATE.PBP) in root of mem stick
4. Put PSARDUMPER in Game (3.71 kernal)
5. Run Psardumper
6. Press Square
7. After it’s done dumping, open USB Connection and copy premo_plugin.prx (f0\vsh\module) and premo_plugin.rco (f0\vsh\resource) and paste them somewhere for safe keeping
8. You can delete the folder now.
9. Open recovery menu on PSP (right bumper and turn on with PSP still connected to PC)
10. Go to advanced
11. Select Toggle USB (flash0)
12. A new window should pop up on your PC
13. Make sure you have hidden files and system files viewable
14. Replace premo_plugin.prx (vsh\module) and premo_plugin.rco (vsh\resource) with the ones you copied
15. Select Toggle USB (flash0) to disable
16. Restart PSP
That should let the psp use 3.72 remote play on 3.71

Of course the official update would work......
The only way to allow Remote play to work on 3.71 M33 is what soccrstar said. I have yet to do this myself since it kinda looks a bit crazy for my liking. I mean unbricking my PSP was hard enough and I don't wanna do anything to brick it again "Playing with f0 is not fun if you don't know what your doing".

I got it to work
I updated my PSP to 3.71 M33-3 and redone the steps once more and it works no problem
So happy

This still aks me to update my firmware.
P.S. I have on F0 a vsh/podule folder, not module.
I'm on 3.71-4
Nevermind, i found it. Don't know why the folder didn't show up, i have enabled "show hidden files".
