it'd be better for you if I told you what was wrong and you fixed it, cause then you'd know how to fix it next time right? I was having the same problem with mine and it took me awhile to find it but in the .XML file in the section called <localizedinfo> you have to change the name tag to the name of your Theme. So that is 4 things that should use the name of your Theme, the .p3t file, the .xml file, the name="' tag in <info> and the name="" tag in <localizedinfo>.  But I think the one that is causing your problem is the localized info part and the <info> part too.
EDIT: So I checked out your .xml file and you really should change all of the information in the <infotable> section to whatever your information is. like

Make it look something like that, or whatever you want to put in there.

Oh and btw, I don't have a camera either lol. Sorry, but I completely made my preview image in Photoshop.

me too! The font that I have on my psp definitly completes the Theme, so I hope sony will allow us to use our own font faces in the future

ok question how the hell do u use the theme custimization im like lost... am my supposed to replace the sample icons with the ones i want then make it a pt3... ???
