like i said, im new to this,
im gettin different response,
the question being is: is there a limit to downloads?
some ppl say theres a 5 dl limit, others says limitless....

just wondering are you guys guessin? you know ffrom experience???
coz i alrdy traded 3times, and wonder what happens on my 5th..
like i said i dont want the other guy feel like i scammed them if they cant dl off me after the 5th time...

well hope someone can help

ur psn account can be registed on upto 5 ps3's. uv traded 3 times so so including urself u only have 1 slot open(dont use ur account nemore and save that one if ur ps3 dies and u need a new one). to re open slots you have to deactivate ur account on the ps3's its activated on and when u do that whatever was downloaded on that ps3 from ur account will stop working. the best thing to do is find a few people to split the price on a game then create a new psn account and buy what ever game then the 5(max) of you log onto that account one after another and dl it. then if u want to do it again with those 4 other people just reuse that account but if u want to do it with other people then u need to make a new account

in theory; cant you just tell the people youve traded with to delete your accout... woudlnt that fix the 5limit issue?

This is all good and well, I don't download much from the PSN store at the moment the only thing I have downloaded is Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty.

Now what if I have downloaded say 20 games and add-on packs and I game share with someone and their after one game but what if they download all you content? There's pretty much nothing you can do about it.

Well I have Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty and I'm thinking of downloading Final Fantasy VII but can someone tell me if it'll fill the whole screen? The disc version doesn't fill the screen Vertically (top to bottom).

Just so you guys know.. you have to keep the account you downloaded from on your ps3. The new one you created.. otherwise the games will not load and will give you the copyright error.

i always misunderstood this gamesharing thing, i thought that if i bought for example battlefield, i could share that with 5 people (including myself) , and if i bought another game i could share that with different people, but the fact is that my account can only be on 5 ps3's in total.

now the ps3 from my nephew died and he got it replaced by sony, but this means my account on his dead ps3 can't be de-activated, so now my account can only be on 4 ps3's , what if mine dies too

so i think there's a little risk in this game sharing thing.

you can contact sony and have them reset the count. takes some time and a lot of headache but they will do it if you are persistent.

by the way , is it always nessasary to go to account manager and de-activate an account from there? or is just deleting the user from the ps3 enough.

Need to deactivate too, pretty stupid if you can't play the game without the user.
