Is it possible to have fake games on the ps3? because i have heard that it's not possible because of the blue ray technology

na currently there is no ways of running a backup ps3 game, it dosnt matter if its an iso or if its burnt on a Blu Ray

how about downloads? because i saw a site that you can download games from the net..how does it work? can the games work?

there are ways of ripping games and dowloading them but currently there is no way to run them

You aren't allowed to post links to sites with downloadable ISOs. Edit your post and remove the link before a mod sees it and you get banned!

no fake games but seriously i bought a ps3 game from walmart that didnt have a game in it at all one time... it was kinda funny cuz i didnt think that was possible...

Really? Hmmm, because as I recall, you have to agree to the rules when you sign on, so you're saying you did not read them? Ignorance is no excuse, the rules are there for a reason, if you did not read them, then you are guilty for not reading them, and also for posting links and talking about downloading ISO or games...

isoloaders are legal, its the way some people use them that are illegal

Yeah, info about an ISO loader, but no ISO Loader, and NO links to ISOs.

Use your brain a little on the subject, will ya? You all know DOWNLOADING games you do not own, is illegal, simply because you do not OWN the original, and, that basically goes for anything, be it DVD movies, and so on. Lots of people do it, but there is no reason to advertise it.

There WILL NOT be an ISO loader for PS3 anyway, so knock yourself out...

well, if .isos wont run, then what is the problem/point to posting them?

anyway, i thought it was posssible to play backups on version 1.00 or something.... if not youtube lies

Mishkin, the only HDD format that the PS3 recongizes is fat32, which cannot have file sizes over 4 gigs. THe file size of a RFOM ISO is 15 gigs. A litle bit too big.

also just like powerslave has said before and he even has a information sticky about it, weird. it will take to long for the ps3 to navigate through the iso looking for the file it needs so there will be no iso as he said but there might be a raw dump loader

That is an unacceptable excuse, because when you signed up for membership, you have to AGREE to the rules. IF you did not read them, that is completely YOUR FAULT, and I won't accept it. The rules have an ISO RULES paragraph, and you didn't see it? I don't want to hear you did not know, you would have, had you read the rules, and not ignorantly agreed to them.
