^^^ So it 1.50. Does the proxy thing work with 1.50 if so i edit my guide quick.

Yea the proxy thing works with 1.50, I was using it until I upgraded to 1.51 for my Baseball game. (still works for me)

i got the free dns server working yesterday, i turned my ps3 off and the next day it doesnt work. ive tried re-starting both ps3 and the dns program. i even uninstalled polaris and went back through it. my ps3 tells me theres a dns error, wots goin on?

thats wot i mean, i installed Posadis yesterday and it worked fine but now my ps3 says there was an error when trying to communicate with the dns server.

for some reason that posadis link dont work

kepe getting errors .. page dont load ..

I had that problem before. Then I fixed it. What I did was make sure after everytime I enter in a new redirect site, I will see if the save button still worked. If it did, I continued until all where finished. I hope this made sense to you.

It doesn't work if ur trying to save it. save it as ps3.update.playstation.net.prm, if it don't work, show me the end of step 10.

ok saved it and it worked

saved in ''C:\Program Files\Posadis 0.60.6\Config''

named it ''ps3.update.playstation.net.prm''

but when i try to start the service i get this

Does work if u save it as ps3.update.playstation.net.prm make sure you save it in c/programfiles/posadis/config

I looked at mine and I dont have .prm at the end of mine and it works perfectly. try taking out the .prm and try. So it should be ps3.update.playstation.net

LOL, I know why, you get that message because it means it is working. You have done all the steps right? then goto ur PS3 and try the method. It should work as I got the error message you did just now. That message means it has already been activated. You might have to turnoff your Firewall on ur connection as it worked for me when I did. Test it on the PS3 now.
