i could give a shit less if the the pigs were sued and i dont care if thouse fuck heads stole it or not the i just want it back even if they bought it off some crack head and yeah i did question the people around me i was out for over 6 hours talking to people about it and the only way i will get people to tell me the truth will get me througn in jail for a couple of years and that i dont look forward now the warrent bullshit is not true because i have talked to over 5 sony rep’s and they all said they do not have the technology to do this they didnt say it was a privacy issue but i dont see why they dont have the technology it is used on anything else to do with networking and internet and you say oh get a fucking gps if i am so pissed about my shit getting ripped of that probable means im not that fucking well paid so i cant afford the shit + i live in a town were there is 9000 people this shit is not supose to happen

As of firmware rev 2.60 and 2.70 my 60GB PS3 cannot play Blu Ray movie discs. I can play my PS3 games though. When I put in the BD after a few seconds the screen goes black and the console does not repond to any commands, I have to manually turn off the device using the AC switch on the back.

I have been reading in a lot of forums that massive number of people have the same problem with these firmware revs. I am totally disapointed with Sony, they need to put their act together and release a new patch immediately.

I’m not sure if I’m the only one, but I’ve been getting some strange sound issues with HDMI since the last update. I was playing the FEAR2 demo and after about hour & a half the sound went funny, like it was underwater; no gun fire or speech could be heard only the background music; almost like when a grenade goes off but without the ringing. After dying and restarting from the same place the sound came back. This also happened in Haze during cut scenes, could hear the background music and aircraft noises but not the speech. It works fine with Component.
