hey anyone know how to install this ”PLAYSTATION HOME” into a ps3?
i put it into a memory key n tryed opening it but it jst shows folders…

any1 know how to install it into the console?

If sony themselves can’t figure out how to make their hardware play PS2 games I don’t think a hack will…. may just be me.
If you are complaining about PS2 compatibity – its easier to spend $100 and get a slim PS2 and use the new memory card hack to play your backups.. also cheaper, and your hydro company will thank you. PS3 vs PS2 power consumption is rediculous.

sony ripped me because i didn’t know the ps3 i bought wasn’t backwards compatible for ps2 games, i shouldn’t have to hack my ps3 just to play playstation games. good luck hackers, i’m rooting for ya.

it’s kool and i leave you with 2 tips on doing the ps3 hack

1 – Think PSP and you’re be halfway, cmd, also sony has input there different softwares to run their ps3… linux is only one!!!

2. The other way includes a chip…. now think where would you put it… hit somewhere near the processor… and program it using… wait for it.. your gonna love this… windows 2000… yep that;s right… now figure out why on earth would you do that??? lol

- have all this done – check site

there’s more but once you’ve done that let me know on here and we’ll talk more.

the reason why people don’t know how to do it is because it has 3 different software elements to it and people have only discovered the linux part lol…

i’m still not sure if i should show everone cause yall will F it up like yall have the Xbox’s dumb ass’s but maybe i’m willing to show for the hell of it.

crap its so hard to wait patiently for the ps3 to be hacked. i’m really hoping we get an update soon on how the progress is coming. i’ll check back in a few days and hope for the best.
