The thing is that the site isnt possible to view on the PS3… And the games and demos availbe on the site doesnt exist in the PS-Store on the PS3 even though i selected the same region…………

if only we can download the ‘ps3 related downloads’ directly to pc (before installation)…we might find interesting stuff which may lead us to iso…n maybe give us the clue for the unique id embedded in each ps3 console….so why sony doesn’t allow it? i don’t know….but interesting….. :P
i tried downloading some stuff off it. you get a weird format. looks like you may have to put it on the ps3 to start the download. a bit like a torrent maybe.

hmm. i dont see the point of putting this in the ps3 section. this is actually sorta bad for the psp though. the more we need the internet, the more update checks will be performed…like the ps3. the ps3’s features are greatly reduced if we dont use the network (to me).

Sony doesn’t give a crap about homebrew, in fact they like the idea of you being able to create your own stuff for your console, its just the fact that it is used to pirate games that they don’t like, therefore they block it all out as a result. This is infact, why they allowed code to be run on 1.5 because homebrew and piracy hadn’t really been a problem at that point in time. This is also why they are bringing out games like ‘little big planet’ so that you can effectivly create your own games…
