Does this PS3 TIF Exploit work on UK PS3’s with 1.50 firmware? If so great, if not is there a way to downgrade to 1.31 from 1.50?

It’s an image file just like jpeg but in .tif you can put a code in it (a hacking code for ps3) and the ps3 reads it as an image when u open it the ps3 reads your hacking code.
