		<description>Beware European PS3 soon-to-be owners, the PS3 has locked out PAL/NTSC DVDs even if they are region free or homemade. So if you have NTSC discs and live in a PAL land, even though you may be hooked up to an LCD or plasma display, Sony will prevent playback. Same happens with PAL discs in the US.

		<description>Damn guys. why so many people angry about these updates. of course these updates try to stop hacks. why the hell would any company trying to make money not do so. if you dont like it dont update! Im a supporter for hacking but you cant blame Sony for trying to stop them. sheesh.</description>
