Yes they can upgrade their whole firmware but these hacks won't stop because of it's fast growing knowledge about PS3. It will be a miracle to us all if we properly obey the system. Hackers only pay not more than $20,000 or maybe none at all for making it free or just to have fun. Hackers also have heart, they will keep on looking at sony's money until sony gets enough money. Then that will be the time when it is going to be just those law obeying people that properly obey the whole system. That is why they can't release it so soon. If it is going to this march then it will be quick at updating.
