PS3 & PSP owners may want to consider upgrading their beloved hand held to the latest 3.00 firmware to enable PS3<->PSP connectivity via “Remote Play.” Remote Play is currently only available on the 60GB PS3 unit (built in WiFi) and is supported with PSP firmware 3.00 — you’ll need both in order to take full advantage of this snazzy feature.
Also, the online Japanese PlayStation store is setting to release the first batch of PSP-compatible PSOne games for FW 3.00. The process to obtain and play these classic PSOne titles require you download via PS3 and remote-upload to your PSP. It’s reported early next year a firmware update will allow you to play these games on the PS3 as well.
Hopefully someone will discover a workaround for those less fortunate with the 20GB PS3 model — instead of waiting till next year for worldwide remote play.

i would imagine that in the near future a firmware update will allow the ps3 to be compatable with various wireless usb adapters. it just makes sense. also usb memory stick readers would be nice. upgrade the hdd and you have yourself a fully functional ps3!
